My career has taken me through a wide range of contract and in-house roles, each one shaping how I design, collaborate, and lead. Working across so many teams taught me to move quickly, think broadly, and bring structure to ambiguity - skills that now define my leadership as much as my craft.

‍One More Than Four started as a freelance identity and remains the home for my practice.

Today, I’m focused on building thoughtful products, guiding teams, and shaping the foundations that help design scale with clarity and intention.
